what has happened? today was a sort of spring-time feeling. played in the water with good company. the spot was Kvassheim, 50min south of Stavanger. the swell lined up really nice and the sun was warm. I didn’t catch one single wave though haha. it was a little bit to big for me, and I need to train more…

Recorded a quick little surf edit from a few sessions we had now in january and february. cozy surf, no more.
winter-time is the best time of year for surfing in the North Sea. I find my week nowadays more oriented with the waves than weekdays. If there’s a good swell on a wednesday, I try to take the day off, catching up with whatever homework from school I’ve missed during the weekend to come. Thursdays have so far been lucky days with nice little waves.
Kristian is enjoying some cheeseburgers in the snowstorm.
